"I've been going here for all my jewelry needs for many years. The only two rings I wear that aren't from this store are an oura tracker ring and the wedding band from my husband. I love this place. I love that all of the pieces are handmade by individual Native American jewelers who receive consignment and back their products.. The selection is beautiful while the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. "My father has Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease. It is clear when seeing him that he is sick. My father came into The Silver Eagle and purchased a $420 dollar Native American papoose which he thought could be a gift for my newborn baby. The item was a piece of art meant to hang on a wall and wasn’t even functional. Within an hour of my father purchasing the papoose, my mother and I went to the store to return the item. We had the receipt too. The owner told us there were no returns since it was too complicated for her accountant to refund the money. I wonder why she didn’t tell my father this as he was making the purchase. I begged the owner to return it since we do not have much money and we are suffering financially at the moment. She said the best she could do was an in-store credit. We returned to the store later for our in-store credit, and she tells my mother and I we are not eligible since it was past 30 days. It seems as if she is not telling her customers the return policy upon purchasing items. She actually KEPT the original item we purchased (the papoose) for $420 and didn’t give us an in-store credit. I feel like she completely took advantage of my family and we basically gave her a $420 gift. Thank you, very much. It’s one of the worst scenarios of bad business I’ve ever endured. My heart is broken all in all, and I wonder why, in the grand scheme of things, why it always seems like the most dishonest people end up getting rewarded for bad behavior. I hope someone is saved by this review if nothing else."

"Amazing selection and very high quality silver and turquoise and many many other types gems and polished type rock jewelry. LARGE selection. Including Native American pottery and other decorations for household. Charming , cozy, and the 2 Ladies attending, I think are the owners or at least 1 were so attentive and knowledgeable to ALL there products and regions of silver and turquoise mines! Please stop and take a look. It's across from a amazing charming cafe type restaurant with excellent food! In a mini mall type setting! Going back today! A hour drive is worth it for sure. The ring is silver and red coral and turquoise. The region from was noted and from the south west and they told us the mine was, I think, 9 miles either way it's the largest in Arizona and has different color turquoise per region due to minerals both those were from same mine. Except coral. Kingman mines is where the turquoise is from shown. But, turquoise has gone up in price such as gold and silver so. It was stated on another website with info on the mines, that it went from $80 a pound to demand of $400. The owner(s)?, because we purchased 3 items, came down $40 on 1 and more on each of the others. Very impressed and excited about this beautiful shop!"

"I love the store and the staff, however, this month I spent over 1,000 on some of their rings. The stone fell out of the almost $250 garnet ring, and now another one just had a stone come off and it still hasn’t been a months time!! I’m going in tomorrow and hoping they will fix this: I’ll update how they handle this situation and I’m hoping it goes well!"

"This is great store! Even if your not interested in buying it is fun to just look around at all the jewelry and crystals. I buy from here every once in a while and have only been happy with my purchases. Sometimes prices can be high but when you are shopping for crystals and jewelry that is to be expected."
