"Had a watch from my father that was no longer working. Reached out to a watch repair person that had been doing it for decades. He told me he retired and suggested seeing Bernie at Master Jewelers. I stopped in and explained it wasn’t a super expensive watch so I didn’t want to end up spending more than the watch cost to repair it. They charged $25 to replace the battery and take a link out. That was likely the best case scenario. They were super friendly and efficient. Now I have a new person to trust in the jewelry industry. Thanks again!"

I know of Master Jeweler through my parents who go there for repairs and new jewelry often. Bernie consulted with us and drew up a CAD design and emailed it. He was able to incorporate everything.
