"I was just in the store and the most peculiar thing happened to me. I was quoted a price for replacement earring screws. The price seemed high and it seemed to me that they just reached out into the thin air to name this price. It was about 1/4 of the total cost of the earring, which seemed odd. I wanted to have it confirmed so I asked to speak with the manager. As I was talking to the store clerk, a self-involved girl standing beside the clerk rudely butted in and tried to condescend to me. She seemed the type that imagines the entire world would be interested in what she has to say however inane it might be because of …her imagined appearance? I curtly told her I wasn’t speaking to her and would only like to speak with the clerk I was originally working with. She didn’t seem to get the message and just kept inserting herself. To which I said: “ please, I am not interested in hearing your thoughts on a subject that doesn’t involve you.” She tried to have me thrown out of the store for the crime of not being taken by her questionable and self-imagined charm. The manager stepped in and asked me to be respectful to his staff, never once questioning his staff’s reprehensible behavior that spurred my reaction. You could tell that she had this manager in her palms, which is why she felt she could act so unprofessionally in his presence. It is worth noting that the clerk who originally helped me was sweet, calm and stayed professional throughout the encounter. The manager handled this poorly and the staff in question is an egotistic, unprofessional and likely racist person. Never ever buying from this store again."

"First time ring shopper and was shopping around but once I went to Roger’s and holland and met Denise fetter I was sold she made my first time ring purchase so great . She went above and beyond helping me find the right ring .. the knowledge and input she gave me helped ease my mind and nerves . She really deserves ten stars for making me feel so comfortable and informed on my purchase .. "PSA!! Buy the lifetime insurance! Take it from me! My ring was purchased 11 years ago and my main diamond fell out over the weekend. I had no idea where it was and in a panic, I called to find out that we had full, lifetime insurance on my ring and that they would replace it for me with no charge. Thank God!! (So glad my husband bought the insurance over a decade ago!!) I could not be more thankful for the team at the Eau Claire location and how quickly they entered a claim for me. I can’t wait to get my ring back and again, buy the insurance, people!!!"
