"DO NOT GO HERE! I tried to be sympathetic due to an unexpected loss of an employee. I was told an extension was submitted for my taxes because they were bringing in an “expert” for a change for military personnel. Throughout the year I would call to see if there was an update with no luck on receiving any real answer. Last month I was told they’d be done by Oct 15th. On Oct 11th, at 12pm I received a phone call stating they were unable to complete my taxes because they “were unable to get a clear answer” but my taxes had to be submitted by October 17th. They gave me less than 4 business days to find a new tax accountant. Very unprofessional and would have been nice to know months ago that they couldn’t complete my taxes. I was left scrambling to find a new tax accountant who would be able to complete them with such short notice."
"They did my husband taxes. He was sent a bill for state taxes after having received a refund. When we asked for help or an explanation, they we’re rude an condescending. Save your money and go somewhere else!"
