"Charged me almost 5 times more for this years taxes than last. I was shocked. The bill had no hourly time marked and no hourly rate. Their explanation makes no sense to me and they weren’t able to give me exactly how many hours they spent on my taxes. Transperency is so important when billing. I will not be going back"

"Wanted to keep business local. I had them prepare a tax return for the first time. My return is slightly more complicated than the average return where I do not feel comfortable doing it myself, but still not difficult. When it was completed I went in to review it. The person that was reviewing it with me would not show me the bill. When I asked about it before I left I was informed that they take credit and I was ushered out. When I looked at the bill once it was in my hands it was $870! But because I was a first time customer I got $100 discounted. I was told they charge by time they worked on it, but they would not show me the documentation. I ended up returning the return that they prepared and will take my business elsewhere."
