She neglected to answer phone calls and emails for months. I eventually had to hire a new CPA who discovered unbelievable amounts of errors on Tasha's part that financially hurt my small business -- we're talking thousands and thousands of dollars due to missing paperwork and incorrectly filed paperwork and late filed paperwork.
