"DIsappointing. Unfortunately we have to put down a beloved pet rat. The person answering the phone was not empathetic at all. She ignored my questions, focused solely on trying to find me in the system. She ignored me asking if I have to be in the system. She ignored my phonetic spelling of my name, multiple times and was simply not attentive at all. If you want some empathy, or someone who can actually listen to a phone call, I wouldn't go here. Wow - I'm amazed at your response. I can in fact say your staff is not empathetic if they treated me as such, by ignoring my questions, not listening to what I was saying and being quite short with me. Walking in your shoes has nothing to do with it. I was treated a specific way by one of your staff and it is that simple. Your clear dismissal of my review and experience only cements in my feelings about your company."
