"We had a terrible experience here. We contacted Joe about doing our taxes a while ago. About a month ago, we thought we had everything in to them to get our taxes filed. After about 2 weeks of not hearing anything, we called to see if they'd been filed. They told us no, they were waiting on a specific form from our education account. No one from his office called us to let us know we were missing anything. I called my financial advisor to find out where to get that document. Come to find out, we don't even need that document AND whoever filled out the forms forgot to include our contributions to that account in our return! They finally finalize our return, and we set up an appointment for 1:30 PM to sign the documents and get everything buttoned up. We showed up at 1:25 along with another one of his customers who didn't have an appointment (according to Joe's secretary). She walked into his office a step ahead of me, so I went back to the waiting area. He made my wife and I wait over 25 minutes before his secretary finally brought the documents out to us that we needed to sign. Why even take appointments if you aren't going to honor them? Severely disappointed at the lack of professionalism and respect. Needless to say, we won't be using his office in the future."
