"I had so many issues with these guys, including incorrect advice, errors on my returns, using incorrect numbers, and a long list of other problems. I ended-up having to hire another accounting firm to fix everything at a substantial cost. Even my new accountant was astonished by the mistakes that were made. I emailed Med City about the issues, but they wouldn't respond. Had to leave after many years of doing business."

"I moved here from Northfield and had my taxes usually done by Boyer in Burnsville, which is an excellent firm. But Burnsville is some ways from here an I wanted somebody local. Based on a referral by a colleague I decided on Medcity taxes. Big mistake. Theirs follow up is dismal and pretty much non-existent. I am still waiting to get my taxes done from 2017!!! Part of the delay was my fault, but the lack of follow up and care by this company made this whole issue a joke. To the point were I received a letter from the IRS telling me that my taxes from 2017 we're never submitted? Needless to say I went back to Boyer in Burnsville for my 2018 taxes, which incidentally are done and history."

"I’ve been a client for years and this year was unbelievable. I handed in my tax organizer to the front desk and the receptionist said that they can’t do it before the deadline because I was turning it in after March 25th. No one ever told me that. Then she says I need to file an extension and pay, but they can’t help me with knowing the amount or doing anything about it. Then she says I could just not file and be fined by the government instead, for like a dollar a week. I highly doubt that is an accurate fee amount. Finally she says that all the accountants go on vacation after the 15th so they wouldn’t get to it for long time anyway. I asked for my files and will never go back."
