"I called with a "quick question" about my taxes i was doing on their website. The front desk person said "oh no we are not them. You can come in for an appointment though " I didn't even get to ask my question. I was going to ask if a form was required to be filed for foster services... He was sooo rude! Money hungry and rude! I've been going in person to hrblock for for over a decade. I'll do them myself from now on and save a few hundred."

"Don't try to get a tax advance loan through the Columbus WI location unless they PHYSICALLY do your taxes. Doesn't matter if you've been doing your taxes through H&R Block for last 30 years! If you don't do it through their location they refuse you service! Not a great way to do business!"
