"H&R Block is a joke. You better hope you have first grade level taxes, otherwise you’re going to pay hundreds of dollars. They let you know how much you owe them, at the very end of the process. Consider this your warning, they lure you in with advertising, waste your time and then tell you it’s going to be hundreds of dollars. Also if you’re looking for a “up to $3,500 advance” enjoy your $700 advance."

"Went in to do a prior years tax return first no one there had any idea how to do it and then they messed everything up irs sent it back and I had to go in again then irs sent me a bill for an amount due that was totally different then what they told me I went in to ask if they could tell me why irs is say something different then what they told me and they said they don’t know I have to call irs I then asked them why does it say 100 percent accuracy guarantee on their sign and they basically said it means we guarantee to try our best so now I’m on my own after paying them 400 dollars zero stars if I could"

"Great service, but very pricey...All I had was a w-2 from one job, no rent or dependents, just basic w-2. It was $155 or $190 to take it out of my taxes, to me that is very high priced!"
