"The gentleman that did our taxes for us was very nice and knowledgeable, we made an appointment online to do the drop off and go and ended up when we picked up we were told a higher price then we were lead to believe online (they were able to discount it a bit for the misinterpretation), then we ended up sitting there for over an hour while waiting to finalize everything (part of this was the computer freezing which i do not blame him for). Not pleased at all something that was supposed to take 15 min to drop off and 15 min when picked up so total of 30 mins took us total 1.5 hours for sure. Overall was pleased with how nice the guy was but very disappointed with what I read on the website to what we actually experienced."
