"Called and asked about appointment, they said I could send in docs online and then could just come in to complete them at a later date.Sent in my tax documents online two weeks ago, have not heard back, messaged online and called the office multiple times left voicemails with no answer. Called another office they sent a message over to this office still no response. All it says online is that they’re working on my return, I think the lack of response is absolutely ridiculous."

"The “tax expert” was not very professional as he kept calling my husband by a different name and my daughter a boy as we kept correcting him over and over again. If we didn’t catch it, he wouldn’t have put down our daughter as a dependent, as he skipped right over it. He filled out a lot of things wrong, as the right things were in writing right in front of him. He put my husbands middle name as his last name and we caught it last minute. Overall not a great experience, I would be better off doing them myself next year. And to be paying nearly $300 for basically telling him what to do is ridiculous. I’m not even sure that I got all my tax returns that I deserved."
