"Filed few years back. Unfortunately they were booked this year so wasn't able to go thru them. Their staff are well trained and friendly w/flexible availability usually. Was great help when filed. A deduction came from my refund; im uncertain what it was for or went toward; but i wasn't told of it when i filed. Aside from this was a fairly simple process with just a few questions and info being input. Would return but go to different preparer with hopes to avoid anything unexpected."

"My husband and I had an appointment set a week ago at this location @ 12p, when we get there at 12p we was advised that our appointment was a remote appointment (which is not true because we scheduled a 60 min sit down), and that Diane put a note that she tried to reach us advising that she would not be able to do our taxes. Diane didnt call or leave a message or an email to advise us of this (if so we could have saved on gas). The receptionist didn't listen and was over talking, very rude and unprofessional. The only option is to leave our paperwork for our taxes there (drop off), but yet the sign on the door states that any drop offs will Not Be Completed By Tax Deadline Of 04/18/2023. That is not an option for us especially when we had an appointment. This is our first time coming here, and will not be coming back or referring anyone to go there."

"What kind of business can't print you a receipt? I had to pay for services and now have no proof that I paid. The associate tried to email me the receipt but probably typed my email in wrong. She said it was sent...I guess somebody got it. smh"
