Reviews of Wildlife Rehabilitation Center
"I had no idea such an incredible place existed!! Dropped off two baby birds that were misplaced after a storm. They took them straight back to an incubator and have staff 24/7 to feed and take care of all these animals. Appreciate, welcoming workers .. so grateful that we have this blessing in MN!!!"
"I had an injured raccoon end up in my yard who had been ran over by a car and his back legs weren’t working and I didn’t know what to do. I called cops and animal control for 4 DAYS and they claimed someone would stop by to handle it. Well they never showed up. I found this place online and I thought it sounded amazing. I called to make sure I could bring a raccoon into their facility and they were nothing but kind and offered to take him. The car ride was…. Interesting. To say the least. We get there and they take the raccoon ( I named him rocket) and asked me a few questions. I 100% donated cause I want the little guy to get better. As injured as he was, he was still SOOOOO energetic and full of life, he had a will to live. I’m so happy I found this place and I know they’ll take good care of him and do all they can do ethically. Please take care of him, everyone who knows about him for the past 4 days has grown to love the little guy "
"With all circumstances considered, I had a really great experience. I had a squirrel in my yard that was clearly hurt, I didn’t know how/where/what to do but a quick google search I found this place. Their directions online and over the phone were very clear and I understand I could just bring the injured animal in during the hours. The admission process was very easy and they even informed me that I can follow up for the status of the squirrel. Unfortunately, the squirrel I brought in had suffered too many serious injuries and was humanely put down. It was sad but it was also the best option. I’m very happy that it’s life ended this way instead of suffering in my yard and alone. The staff was beyond compassionate. They sent a very nice email informing me of what happened and I am very happy we have a resource such as this. I am looking forward to opportunities to donate time/money to this organization and spread the word of the good work they do. Thank you for all the work you do."
"Incredibly compassionate and efficient. We brought a squirrel in to have its leg looked at after falling from a tree. They gave us the attention to make us feel supported in our efforts to rescue the animal while also caring for 4 other individuals also with unique animal needs; a squirrel, a bird, a bunny, and a fawn. They cared genuinely for each of us adults and even more so for the animals brought in for care. Way to go team! We look forward to our critter being returned to its nearby surroundings upon your care. It was a pleasure to make a donation to support your efforts!"
"What a great experience. They seem to take very good care of wild animals. You can even check back in and see how your critter is doing."
