"Hello: To whom it may concern. I made a appointment. Struggled through all the confirmation text. Uploaded my documents. I am not tech savvy. Technology challenged. Got to my appointment 15 minutes early. Only to be told my tax specialist has been out for a couple days sick. The office receptionist tried to contact the specialist to no avail. Very unprofessional. Is H&R block a professional company. Not this location. Any kind of a heads up seem very basic. At the least get me in to a different location. Very poor customer service!"

"I found the price to be quite a bit higher than my previous tax preparer. I decided to give H&R a try this year because my previous tax preparer retired and H&R is just down the street from me. Anyway, the cost was higher than expected, but they completed the work quickly and accurately."

"I’m not sure of why I was charged 179 plus 39 bucks I paid for refund fee. It’s too expensive just to file a tax. I’ve had of places that gives a discount or even at lower price. Because I’m new to taxing, I’m not able do it on my own, or find a trusted place to work with. The good thing is that filed documents can be found on Myblock account. If you don’t want to hand them round."

"Representative was new, and was at times a little unsure about how to help us in the best way. To his credit, he did find some other resources to find the answers to his and our questions. But it was still a little unnerving because we have been used to Mary Ellen at the Sherman Avenue branch in Madison WI. who has been a wealth of knowledge and really is confident in what she does. The person that prepared our taxes did a good job, who I think will be really good someday, but just needs a little more experience. By the way, he was very nice."
