H&R Block

"They closed their office one week after everyone got their W-2 at the end of January. Now I need a new tax pro. Now I have to start the tax process from the beginning even if I go to another HR Block. I will NOT be filing with HR Block next year."

"I will not return to H&R Block. I do not write poor reviews often, but my last experience here was painfully difficult. The staff was kind, but they did not understand my tax return needs and I had to hold many meetings with them to finally get it right. I called H&R’s customer service to notify them of my experience and in the end they said there is “no resolution”"

"I will not use this location again. I went in and did my taxes for years 22 and 21. How come i called two weeks later and my taxes arent even finished. Because i needed to sign, but i already signed everything the day i was in there to do them now I have to wait longer for my return because someone obviously didnt do there job correctly. They wanted me to call back Monday. I get done from work to call them at 628pm and they ignored the call till they had to close. So done with them .I will just do my taxes myself next year."
