"I was able to make an extremely last minute appt which was wonderful, and Brian was very friendly and nice. But there was confusion about whether I needed to file as married or not when my divorce paperwork was right in front of him, which delayed the process & was frustrating. I had to call my Ex and Waukesha Family Court to convince him. Then my new customer discount was not honored even though I called for an appt on 4/9 and someone from Jackson Hewitt called me on 4/10/23, which were within the deadline. I had those calls with the dates in my phone call log but he said the discount could not be honored. For these reasons I will NOT be a return customer."

"I'm really not trying to ruin the rating here but as soon as I walked in the building I felt uncomfortable. This is my first time paying to have my taxes done and maybe they have new staffing here or something but I did not receive the customer service I was looking for. They were not dressed professionally by wearing a bonnet or their clothes. One lady greeted me but the other asked "what you do" instead of what is your job title or something else. Honestly horrible service."
