"TLDR: DO NOT FILE WITH H&R BLOCK. So I went to H&R for the third time in a row for my taxes on feb 3rd. I waited a month after I filed with a representative in person, for my taxes to hit my account. After receiving no correspondence at all I looked at the IRS. they hadn’t received my return and after looking at the H&R return tool, they didn’t have my return either. I called the office 5x, no answer. Called corporate, they filed a complaint and had a phone appointment scheduled w my tax pro to fix my taxes. Day of appointment I call again 5x and no one answers. I leave a voicemail and then a receptionist reaches out to me a day later. She proceeds to tell me I’m “missing” a document, and apparently I’m just missing an ID WHICH I gave to my tax pro day of filing. I schedule another appointment. This time, it is in person. I go to the office, and first ask for a manager to entertain the possibility of getting my service charges off. I’ve now been waiting on my taxes for a month and a half. Both associates state that their manager will reach out to me. This never happened. I called corporate again to see if my complaint went through and to file another one, and it turns out it was never filed. I filed another one, and the associate stated that the district manager will investigate and call me back. This never happened. This is the most unprofessional and frankly ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with a Tax company, and I’ve recently learned that many have had the same experiences. Long story short, DO NOT FILE WITH H&R ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY"

"So horrible. had an appointment not enough time finish and was told it would get done next week, two later nothing...left a few messages and nothing. no call back or anything. After a month with nothing being done I went in to see progress. Haven't even been touched since I left. Taking my business elsewhere after years of coming here."
