"The lady was very nice problem was I kept asking how much before we started several times no answer finally said well I ain’t paying $300 guess what I didn’t!! I paid $415 I was told that at the end. I’m getting my money back states UP FRONT PRICING ON THE WALL’ someone’s paying me back!! RIP OFF. I’m turning them in FRAUD!!!"

"Very rude have no customer service experience!! Told my fiance he would get 20.00 if he brings new people there. Then told him no they don't do that. After I had him bring my tax return there went to check on it and it seems the guy was agitated. It has been 24hours already now let's see if they get it done by tomorrow... I don't think I will be using them next year."

"My first and last time going through them. $300+ for taxes (married, filed joint, 1 kid, no home ownership. My previous tax person charged $50, but has retired). Then they did my taxes INCORRECTLY and I owe the government $200 more. They say it's guaranteed, but only if you pay more for "piece of mind". I'm sorry but you're supposed to be professionals, charge a ton and it could still be wrong?! Taxes were done at the 3 mile location, had to go to this one to see if they'd do anything and they have not. Disappointed all around. ***eta: Clearly an automated response. I haven't even heard back from my first issue, but call you again??? Ridiculous."

"Excellent services and my returns preparer (Kim) is good at her job. They seems very organized, professional and prices ain’t bad surprisingly. My perception of them was that their prices might be extra ordinarily high but I was all wrong and my returns was exactly what it should be. I was recommended to them and will highly recommend"
