"Went in to the Oak Creek WI location to do my taxes. I am a new resident of WI and was told Christine was the best tax professional at that center. I had nothing but issues since the moment I got in the seat with her. My appointment was at 6pm and I had my 9 month old baby with me, the appointment lasted until 10:30pm do to system issues. Finally leaving at 10:45pm with my taxes done. I received a phone call the next day to inform me I will have to do an amendment on my taxes because everything got messed up the night before. Came in a month later to do my amendment and once again everything was input wrong. In the end my check should have been $ 305 more than what o received but do to numbers input incorrect I was shorted. I will never do my taxes at H & R block again. Very inconvenient and disappointing."

"Seemed unimportant , left them my taxes for 2 weeks calling multiple times for updates where they would just give the runaround until I told them I'd be in to pick up and go elsewhere then they somehow get them done real quick... Go elsewhere lots of cheaper more professional options"

"It's nice knowing that my taxes were taken care of by someone so knowledgeable. Every time I go I always leave happy. Another location I had been to even brought me coffee and kept it full since it seemed like a slow day for them. Always a pleasure taking care of things with them."
