"I liked their service when I was there. Unfortunately, I had to pay $200 to get a tax refund and I waited two years. I lost money. Similarly, I didn't get anything. I was told twice that they would call me back, but they never did."
"You are better off doing your taxes online, unless you want to pay $140 to watch a staff member struggle to complete things correctly. Had to reschedule appointment to give the person time to complete the filings. When I came in, nothing was completed and I was asked several questions I had already answered / provided all my tax forms with answers. The people are very nice but filing taxes took 90-120 minutes instead of the 30 minute review I was expecting. Also - make sure to ask for a quote on pricing to file taxes. HR Block online states the person must quote pricing before starting to file - here they do not do that. Would not recommend."
"The experience was great, set up for Covet was great, myself, one other client and three staff all of us distance away from each other. Went fast, informative, no rushing to get you in or out. Parking was great meter parking, no pressure from tickers, it went really good. Staff is great, informative, and willing to help you with questions and answers. Great place to go."
