"I was referred to Sondra by a family member and it’s been an absolute nightmare. She will not return phone calls and emails. 2021 taxes were given to her in February 2021 and officially filed in July 2021. Followed by receiving a letter from the IRS in 2022 and she would still not respond via email on what to do with this letter. It took calling her office and she was completely rude. I would advise you to seek another accountant who will actually follow through with helping you. UPDATE to my initial review. It is now June 26, 2023 and I still have not received my 2021 tax return refund. Sondra Safer and her team has not helped in anyway in obtaining my tax return refund. She has not responded to any emails or telephone calls or assisted with any correspondence from the IRS. If I ever do receive my refund I will update this google review from a one star to maybe a higher star, but it’s not looking like I will ever receive my 2021 tax return refund that was completed at Sondra Safer’s office."
