"I’ve been waiting over a month for them to file my taxes and whenever I call no one picks up the phone. Update I went in there 2 days ago and asked them when I would be able to sign things and without me giving them my name one of the tax preparers popped her head out from behind her desk and very rudely told me that she was currently working on mine and that she would have it done and she would call me the end of day which she never did by the way. When I asked her if she could tell me my name because I never gave her my name to begin with because the second I had started talking to the receptionist was when she had decided to rudely interrupt me she shut up and walked towards the back without saying another word. I will never be coming back to this place. They were extremely rude and are incapable of doing the one thing that they are in business for."
