"Attempted to have my taxes done by Emily there. She didn’t know what she was doing and had someone on the phone with her the whole time. I was unable to ask questions and she called to let me know my taxes were “done” and didn’t even finish it all. Wouldn’t recommend."

"The person (Jean) who did my taxes was very rude and pushy. I usually do my own taxes online but had a few concerns so I was willing to allow H&R in Mukwonago to do my taxes and pay the extra money, $260 more then online! Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the individual that did my taxes and will never go back. From now on if I can't do it myself online I will take it to Jackson Hewwit or maybe a different H&R Block. Turns out I got $5,000 more on my refund! The lady (Jean) did my taxes wrong and didn't know about the Covid bill that allows you to use your previous EIC. $5,000 MISTAKE AND THANKFULLY I DIDN'T PAY THEM OR HAVE THEM COMPLETE IT. H&R BLOCK in Waterford verified it. Great people there!"

"I was here last year for taxes and was not pleased. The 2 ladies that were working on the day I had an appointment were very rude. I have to wait just under 30 minutes in the waiting room for them to get done with the customer before me. I dont see why we need to make appointments if they cant see us at the time both parties agree on. I asked if I would be able to come back at a later date but they told me they were booked till march, now my appointment was February 4th. The employees talked about previous customers and about this one gentleman that had several jobs and they said they didnt want to do all his paper work and that he couldnt hold a job. I will for now on do my own taxes before coming here."
