"First visit was great - above and beyond friendliness to my pup and even got dog cheese-whiz to lick during the exam and the vaccine shot. I even considered making this my primary vet, but my second visit wasn't so impressive. I was charged for the booster I was originally told was included in the initial vaccine price, one of the front desk ladies was irritable even though I was just genuinely confused, and during the booster shot there was no cheese whiz or niceties which made a noticeable difference in my pups comfort compared to the first visit. Had I known the difference in treatment, I would have brought our lick mat and peanut butter like I do at our regular vet."
