Specializing in Commercial HVAC, Hood Systems, Refrigeration, Ice Making, Food Service & Cooking Equipment Service, Installation & Sales, we have been proudly serving Sun Prairie, Madison, Janesville, Beloit, Lake Delton, and Wisconsin Dells since 1984. Our annual golf outing, held on August 23rd, raises funds for the Give Kids the World Village. We are grateful to our customers for making us Southern Wisconsin's #1 Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, Ice Making, Food Service & Cooking Equipment Service Leader. "12/5 LG subcontracted them they lied to them multiple times say they made appointments and I didn't answer, which I worked from home those days I would have answered. Then they call me same day and say I'll be at your house 4/5 call me at 6pm asking if it was okay to come at 7pm I agreed because I had already been waiting since 11/5, they said they needed to order parts and will be back.. 12/11 Few buisness days go by I call them voicemail is full. I reach out to LG they are able to make contact they hadn't put any orders in for parts I know this because I got the notification an hour later that they just put the order in. 12/22 I contact LG because again because voicemail is full and they had mad no attempt to call/text. Contacted LG 12/26 because still nothing, LG also mentions they've tried as well. LG was going to give me a voucher to replace if they couldn't make contact by the 12/31. 12/28 they contact me the Friday before new years saying they can come 1/3 12-2pm which again very short notice as now one was in the office Monday for me to request to leave earlier.. I made it work they come at 310pm I could of worked my entire shift okay fine whatever. MIKE At 430pm declared its fixed and before I could even make it down the steps to ask if he had ran it he was out the door saying "its fixed" "if its not fixed contact LG. I'll come out again" went to run a load not even 2 minutes into its cycle it still broken same exact proble. The problem with this is all I needed was a replace code issued by them instead repair and LG would give me a voucher for a new washer since it's only 5 months old and has been inoperable since October but now the process is going to start all over again, hopefully LG is fed up and allows me to replace it.. If you have an option avoid them!"
"I called them one day at around 4pm and the refrigerator wasn't cold enough. The repairman came around 9pm because they were very busy, which I understand. However, the young man may be inexperienced and asked for advice on the phone throughout the process. Take the parts apart. Finally, two hours later, he said the refrigerator couldn't be repaired. The next day's estimate was to replace everything with new ones at 11,000. The price was too high for me and I didn't ask them to replace it with a new one. Received their bill two weeks later for $727. The working time is increased from 2 hours to 3.25 hours, and the cost is $180 per hour. The person in charge of the company said that the repairman’s time on the road also needs to be calculated. Including the cost of replacement parts, the total cost is $727.11. The point is that he didn't fix it at all . Is this payment fair?"
