"Horrible management they don't offer support for there workers. It's clear to see that the employees are over worked and under paid. Their employees do not have the proper training before being sent out into the field.They have alot of employees that don't care about what they are doing and place marks wherever and creates dangerous situations."

"I have never worked with these people but their team of 4 showed up in my backyard on a Wednesday afternoon, no calls, no prior notification, no one was home when they showed up and their activities were captured on my security camera. They have put orange paint all over my lawn. I did call them and they said that TDS asked them to do it to set up a new connection, I told the guy on the phone that this is “Trespassing” and the guy said that “They did what TDS asked them to do”. On a side note, I don’t use TDS connection nor did I have TDS setup a connection at my address. If I don’t get a response from TDS & from USIC, I will be filing a lawsuit for trespassing at my property when the owners were not home and vandalizing my lawn."

"They came up to show where utilities lines were buried and in the process disconnected my internet. Upon telling them, they told me not their problem to call my provider. I even spoke with Dane county-West area Supervisor Tyler (emp#165868) and he said there is nothing they would do. I work from Home and this will cause me to lose hundreds if not thousands of dollars. The worst part, they did not care at all. Update: after my internet providers came out, they notified me that USIC damaged the wiring in the box..."
