"Horrible experience. I will agree with everything Erin below said. My gut told me I should have walked out immediately after he snapped at me, and I should have. In 7 hours he did not get all transferred from my old computer to a new one. I had to leave it for 4 days with him telling me after the time he spent on the first day with my computer, he was behind in his work and would get to mine later. He asked if he could remove McAfee and I said yes so I watched him drag and drop the anti-virus program into the trash. I asked why he did not run an uninstall to get the whole program removed and he said "that probably would have been better". Now I have residual McAfee folders all over my computer that I cannot remove. He charged me (many hours!) for the his learning curve to get Microsoft Outlook 2018 running (which he admitted he did not know how to use), which never did work properly , so I can't even use it. He installed many of his personal favorite programs on my computer...that's as bad as Dell! He charged me over $700 for this mess and I had to listen to him talk religion the whole time which made me very uncomfortable...not professional"

"Absolutely horrible experience! Extremely unprofessional and rude! My computer came back in worse shape than I gave it to him with, and when I called to have him fix it, he actually tried to blame me for his mess up, which he later admitted to. He is very belittling to women, and won't listen to a word you say. Over charged for the quality of work, and showed up 45 minutes late to both appointments. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with someone in this business!"
