"I was shorted $2600 in eic because of a glitch in your system and I still have to pay $300. If my husband wouldn't have caught it then I wouldn't have ever got it. I also think it's kind of ridiculous that there is no way to find out before you actually file your taxes if you will even be approved for any sort of tax advancement. If I'd of known I'd only have gotten such a small amount I wouldn't have spent the $300 and did it myself since I had to any way to find out the real amount I should have gotten back. After the mishap I am satisfied with their solution.. The mistake was corrected and services were free of charge or reimbursed truly are stand-up people in my eyes thank you very much H&R Block."
