"I would never call Roto Rooter Chicago again. Out sewer drain backed up and flooded out basement, when the technician got there we told him about the basement and a drain in our back yard that was also clogged. While he was working in the basement he told us due to the water in the basement that our water heater was now dead and was going to charge us $2500 for a new one! I called Home Depot to get a quote and the same water heater with installation was $800 cheaper. The plumber contractor came out from Home Depot and turned our hot water heater (the one we currently have) on. What a scam from Roto Rooter. He also never looked at it addressed the drain in the back yard. I called the company to tell them the job was not complete, they sent two more guys out who had no clue what I was talking about and then proceeded to tell us that they couldn’t do anything with the drain in the back. Never again will I give my money or trust any part of my property to Roto Rooter Chicago."

"The young gentleman that showed up was very polite and helpful. The amount of time he spent here was maybe 30 minutes. Two things though, Maybe they should have things with them to clean up any mess they make unsteady of using the home owners things. Next, you guys are extremely expensive. I will never use your service again just for that reason."

When the service person first arrived at your house he knocked on the door during this time he was covering his shoes so he does not damage your floor he was assessing where his equipment can be so he can know exactly how he will pinpoint the problem the roto service that I received was so good that he went 40 feet was able to connect to the City sewer. Signing up for the service was a piece of cake you go right online the same day and schedule your appointment during this time remember if there are any discount codes place those into the comments during your scheduling to get an additional $75 or $100 off of your service however I did not do that and I called the office and they were so professional that they still gave me $112 off of with the code that the Danta had found. Danta was very professional and when there was something a customer do not understand he took the time to explain He and his team went an excessive moment to make sure the customer was happy in the end they put the customer first."
