"We have been using Nimmer for over 20 years. They are our go-to people for all our heating and air conditioning needs because they are responsive and reliable. Recently, we saw a leak coming out of our furnace. We called Monday morning and they came within a few hours. They found a critical part of our furnace (that they had installed 20 years ago) had corroded and carbon monoxide levels were high. They shut off our furnace as a safety precaution. "Our furnace went out and it was subzero weather. I called Nimmer heating at about 7:30am and spoke with Beth. She said, Let me work on this schedule and I'll call you right back, which she did. Joe, their service man was at our house by 10am. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He fixed the problem and there was no added costs. It was very reasonable.
