"Came in because the brakes were squealing on my vw van. They changed some brake parts for the usual high dealer prices. I drove the van less than a mile and heard the same loud squealing from brakes. Not sure if they even tested it. Took it back in the next business day and they said I need new front rotors. Excuse me then what did you fix previously if you didn’t correct the brake noise I brought it in for? Didn’t offer to remedy the noise or discount additional work. I took it elsewhere for the repairs."

"To start off, I show up for my appointment- that I even had a text reminder from them in my phone and they have no record of my appointment. I came in because I was having an issue with my power steering, when they called me with the quote I approved the service however they told me they needed to order a part and it would be 1 to 2 weeks! And I needed to pick up my broken, unsafe car that can barely turn and drive it home! Like, what? What shop sends you home with a broken car and says you have to wait weeks for parts? So I waited over two weeks and called back since I had yet to hear from them and was told they would “look into it” I got a voice mail from Joe saying that he would call me back tomorrow once he checked on the part. Do you think he did? No. It’s been another week and still no word from him. They leave you stranded with a broken car. I want to trade my car in now and guess where I won’t be going to do so? They have lost my business forever. This is completely unacceptable."
