"I never leave reviews, but BEWARE...awful customer service experience. The office misscheduled a basic annual furnace maintenance appointment TWICE. The first appointment was for a Friday morning, the technician called on Thursday morning to tell me he was in route to my home. I apologized and said there must have been a mix up because I had it on my calendar for the next day. The technician told me not to worry because this was the second time the office had misscheduled someone on his list, and it was not my fault and he would have someone reach out to book a new date. A gentleman did call and booked a new appointment with me for a new date and time--which I confirmed several times before hanging up the phone. So here I am, taking a half day of vacation and no one has shown up. I call the office, and I am NOT EVEN ON THEIR SCHEDULE and the woman on the phone said, we visited you a few weeks ago and marked your appointment as "paid." So frustrating. I have waisted vacation time for no reason. I will no longer be using Lee Mechanical for any residential services despite being my vendor of choice for years for both HVAC and plumbing services."
