Dave L came out to give us a quote and provided several excellent choices, including a comprehensive, energy-efficient option which included a significant tax rebate. When we contracted with Blau Sudden Service they had us on the schedule in a matter of days. Dave again was the plumber. He coordinated with the electrician and installed our new heat pump water heater with a plumbing associate. They were top-notch professionals, highly personable and very efficient. And, after the install was complete, Dave returned later in the day to walk us through the new water heater operations and maintenance. "Dave L was professional and thorough. My problem was I had hot water in my faucets but the shower would barely get hot. He found a leak while figuring out the heat issue. He gave me 3 different options price wise for fixing my problem and explained possible things that could happen in each scenario. Then he showed me the results and explained what he did. The woman who answered the phone in the morning also had a kind and pleasant personality."
