"We're great to work with at first. They did hack one of my plants without permission but I let it go because he explained that they need more room for thr a/c. Project was incomplete, all we need was our April air installed. We waited all summer. When fall came around we reached out for them to finish the project. We were meet with we will call you in a acouple weeks to see where we're at. Long story short this continued on for a couple months. It ended with no call backs one nasty conversation where I was told I was unimportant and that he would call us back in several weeks to see once again where they were at. Finally we just asked for the refund. We were blown off for about a week until finally his assistant came delivered our check and took the part back. I wouldn't hand over all the money until the project is complete!"

"Scheduled a meeting for Clark to come to my house on 6/29/19 to give an estimate for replacing out HVAC system. He never showed or called saying he could not make it. I called and texted him to see what happened but not response."

"I have used CGS HVAC both when we lived in Milwaukee 20 years ago and now in our home in Erin WI. They are fantastic!. They installed a new furnace and central air for us in our Milwaukee home and they were the best bang for our buck when we reviewed all the quotes. We were also extremely pleased with the service, quality, professionalism and quick turn around time. We  called them last fall to get a quote for our central air in our Erin home (which has electric heat). We were elated to find out that he could install both a natural gas furnace (using the existing duct work) and replace our old central air at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend CGS HVAC to anyone looking to repair, replace or upgrade their heating or cooling. They are extremely knowledgeable and not pushy sales people - they give you options and ideas that make sense. We were extremely happy with their prices, quality and quick turn around time. They beat out 4 other companies that quoted us on a new system. We would never call anyone else! They have truly earned our loyalty"

"Horrible service! Clark serviced our furnace and got the unit running. After it failed overnight, I called him the next day and he told me to monitor it as it came back on after I reset it. Once the resets didn't work, I called him back and kept getting excuses and blown off about coming back to fix the unit. Almost a week later and after numerous phone calls and time on my part he finally agrees to come out at noon. Shows up 3 hours late and asks my wife " how much heat do you need?, it seems warm in here." Not amused, she explains we've been running space heaters non stop since he couldn't fix heat from a week ago. He stormed out of our home and told her to get someone else to fix it. I called him as I was at work and he told me he's too old to hear customers complain. You're an infant and a joke Clark! I would rate your service a "0" but that's not an option. A complaint to the Better Business Bureau is on it's way. Stay away from CGS, you've been warned."
