"I filed a return last year and never got any of it. I had a tax pro do my taxes. I coukd never get any help from hnr block to as why I wasn't getting my return. Always saying she had no idea what was wrong and letters from the IRS sayijg we need this much time one after another. So, I had to go to tax advocate to figure out the reason. Finding out this tax pro entered my w2s from 21 and 22 together on the same line instead of listing the amounts separately. Now I have to file an amendment and ive asked if they could help me do this and have ignored me. I've been ignored multiple times regarding this issue over the past year. It is now the next tax season and I still have not received anything from my last years years return."
