"I used USA Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electric's plumbing services earlier this year. I had a complicated project where I wanted to replace my sink, and keep in place my existing granite countertop. Most companies I spoke to said that this was impossible or something that they would not do whatsoever. Steve at USA emailed with me about the details of what I wanted to accomplish and helped me to pick out the right products that would work in my space. He helped me think through the project beginning to end. The result has been spectacular! I was able to replace our double sink with a single, install new hardware, and install a filtered water tap. Everything went smoothly and was fast and under budget. Steve really went above and beyond! I will definitely work with this company again in the future."

"Poor experience. Brand new AC unit broke 3 times in 3.5 years. 12 days wait for an appointment then they cancelled day of. Not upfront about costs with most recent repair (actual cost almost double what was quoted). Owner would not return our calls. Would not recommend their services."
