"Edit: when I posted a 2-star review, I was contacted by Precision’s customer service. They had someone come replace the seal. Within a day or so of replacing it, they called and asked me to change my review. I said I wanted to see how it held up first, and I’m glad I did. All the repair person did was tape it with electrical tape to keep it from flaring out. The tape kept coming off, I kept replacing it, and months later, after the tape fell off again, this is what it looks like again. Still so frustrated by how much $$ we spent!! We paid almost $1000 to have the rubber seal and trim replaced around our garage door. I thought it was ridiculous but we needed to get it done and didn’t have the time. Since it’s been installed, the rubber seal has rubbed against the trim and has ripped. I called to have someone come back out, and they did. My husband was here and was told there was no rip, it was just bent. There is clearly a tear. He was told when it gets warmer out, the seal will fold itself… well that hasn’t happened. The trim above the garage door was also hanging down, so I had to add nails myself to hold it back up. Frustrating experience and not worth what we paid."
