"450 dollars for a single dad to have his taxes done. Then they give ya the option if the IRS has questions to contact you or them and I said contact them. Absolutely no help when IRS had questions about my taxes THEY screwed up. Diane Schaller I don't think has a clue how to do her job. Very disappointed in how they close every office in the area and ya can't even call talk to someone in LaCrosse gotta make an appt. Don't get scammed by this place."
