"When you have issues that fall out of the 3 categories offered on the recording you are out of luck! One always gets the recording run around. Then the folks they sent to fix the furnace did not fix it. Tried to call numerous times can't speak to anyone. Cancelling the Home Warranty not worth trouble and head aches!"

"What was frustrating --> I told him I already paid $100 diagnostic fee to someone else and the diverter valve was the issue; however, the tech didn't have the part then was going on vacation so my option was to way 1.5 weeks for the repair or find someone else. Fast forward to today's experience with SEARS: The tech called and said he was going to be an hour late because he needed to get parts for tomorrow's schedule. I said "Great, while you're there get the diverter valve for my unit so we can get it fixed today." He declined to do so even though I provided him the model #. While on the phone I also asked him "what would your repair cost for the valve be because I'm not in the market to spend over $500 on a repair, I'd rather purchase a new unit" He tells me on the phone the repair would be about $300. I said perfect. He arrives to my house and he immediately says "I can't do the repair today because I don't have the part and the repair will be nearly $750! I said "Not interested" from there he tried to charge me $100 for the diagnostic and I said "No way I'm paying, you haven't even looked at my unit, your tools are still in your bag, you haven't even been within 10 feet of the dishwasher." To his credit he left without causing a scene (hence the 3 stars) but I am frustrated how the price doubled upon arrival and didn't get the part in advanced when I provided him all the info he needed. Had he been able to do the repair today I probably would have paid the ridicules charge because I'm that desperate to get this fixed. I ended up going to Best Buy and bought a brand new unit and will have that installed tomorrow. The total cost of the brand new unit installed will be nearly $200 cheaper vs repairing my existing unit."
"The individual came and indicated that he would not be able to fix my dishwasher because it has a copper fixture. We purchased this unit through Sears, installed by Sears, and serviced by Sears maintenance for the duration I have owned this unit. The units pump was replaced in September but the technician never informed us then. Neither did they tell us about the Sears policy where technicians would not work with copper fixtures. We were told that this has been a long time policy. The technician could not provide me any additional details. There is no way to validate what he told us. I will appreciate any help. Thanks!"
"Technician Ruben was outstanding in every way. However Sears sent bad parts twice and we were without service of our washer for 4 weeks. Also there was no way to communicate with a real person at Sears to provide helpful info to the technician before his arrival. Sears needs to fix these issues."
