"Precise did an awesome job. I called Kip for a quote on my basement and found out they could do so much more and what they couldn't do, they contracted out so acted as general contractor for my big job. Precise installed my sump pump, replaced/upgraded the electrical circuit breaker (contracted out), took off and replaced wood for my Bilco doors, replaced stairs for Bilco doors, moved my drain for the washer, replaced basement windows, waterproofed the crawlspace under the addition and finished the basement up with painting everything. And he was so kind as to have his guys remove all the junk that I wanted to trash in my basement. Precise installed blown insulation (contracted out), replaced both of my porches and sided my house and garage. I had already gotten quotes from various contractors and he beat all of them. My job took a long time and that would be the only negative thing I would say but I really didn't mind because he gave me such a deal and really worked with me. Kip was very professional with me and always explained things as we went. I will totally recommend his business to others."
"There are 2 people that claim this business, one in Elkhorn and one in DePere. I think they work separately because I see "crew" and "Kip" but I know Scott is his only business here in Green Bay. We bought an 80 year old cottage on the bay that wasnt year round livable because of the 3 foot water table and only a crawl space. We had no idea the extent of damage under the house and no body would touch it. They all said we would need to raise the house and pour a new foundation. Cost: 65k. I thought we were doomed. Scott came in, put in 5 lines of drain tile, sump pump with a battery back up, repaired foundation with block and poured cement, put in new head beam because it was rotted, then encapsulated and spay insulated between the joists. Cost: $16k. Im very happy with the work done because cost was a big factor. He uses Menards when things dont matter and goes a step up when it matters, like the heavy duty pump. I waited to give my review because I wanted to make sure everything was working and that he followed up on his word that I can call him back anytime. Customer service is A+ He's answered all my questions since, and has come back a few times already at no charge."
"Kip personally quoted how to fix an issue with water leaking into my house. He took advantage of my naivety on how to waterproof a three season room and randomly changed his narrative on how to fix it, even though he quoted it. Over and over again he would ask for more money to fix the same problem. Kip gladly took my money, over 5k, but never stopped the water. He ignored numerous emails in an attempt to get him to honor his 15 year warranty..... This man should run for office, he's great at ignoring concern, misleading customers, and taking money from the working class. I'm writing this so you don't make my mistake, if he replies to this review it'll be 1 more time than he replied to my emails after he got paid."
"My 100 year old house didn’t have a sump pump and has always had seepage during heavy rains. Precise installed a drain system around the interior perimeter and added a sump pump. It’s been a year now and the basement has been dry, even during heavy rain. They were recommended to me and I have recommended them to others."
"I had some water damage a couple years back. Precision Basement repair proceeded to come in, cut the wall frame out about a foot above the floor base across three adjoining walls to put some drainage tile in. They also cut the carpet open to get to the concrete and proceeded to bust all the concrete up to fix something and then they put new concrete over the top of it. They never repaired the wall frame or the dry wall, and I continued to pick rocks out of from under the carpet for months because it wasn't swept cleanly before putting the carpet back. They also cut out the door frame for my door entering the basement laundry area and never repaired that, either. I give them three stars because they DID fix the water issue so I no longer have water issues in my basement. However, I am just getting around to getting the wall frame and other things repaired and the feedback I am getting from other contract services is that they are a little shocked that Precision Basement did this kind of damage and left it that way."
