"Jeremy, the owner of performance has made a few calls to our house. Right after we moved in a few years back, A/C went out on Father’s Day. He was able go get it up and running and finish the season for a very reasonable price with a guarantee. 2 years back we had Performance put in a brand new Goodman for us, the unit has worked great so far and keeps the house very cold on hot days. Most recently we had a motor replaced on the original carrier furnace and it ended up being no good. I understand things happen so I called the owner who followed up shortly, came back out and replaced it under warranty."
