"Was really good at first. Then, he stopped communicating well during Covid. You could never have a real conversation. Everything was via email. This year, after being gone for the winter, I got a letter a month before tax time that he could no longer do my taxes. The problem is I was in Florida & didn’t see the letter until 2 weeks ago. Now, I can’t find anyone to help me because everyone else is busy with current clients. Guess I’ll be filing my own extension & winging it until I can find someone else. Don’t waste your time if you’re right-brained & need someone to understand that when working with you. I would hope most people understand that’s why you’re paying for a service (that you’re not good at yourself). I once got a weird letter from the IRS about a report that they said they lost. He told ME to call them….& I had absolutely no idea what it was or what to even say. And, since he doesn’t do conversations to explain things I was totally lost. All this to say….SERVICES NOT RECOMMENDED."
