Which got the wife in a warm and good mood, if you know what I mean. In all seriousness, BTU is top notch. Their techs are clean, well dressed, and extremely knowledgeable. They got out here reasonably fast for how cold it was. They found a mouse in my small blower motor thing. They got her running nice and good, and the furnace runs good too. "It's tough when you see a formerly good company go bad, but that's where BTU is now. We used to use them for all our HVAC needs and had no issues. But we hired them to install a new natural gas furnace and range in our trailer. We later decided to go with an electric range instead of gas, so deleted that part of the project. Paid 15% up front. Took them almost a year to do the work, and required continual phone calls from us. Now they keep billing us the original amount, not deducting the work they didn't do fir the range. Now we are supposedly 90 days in arrears, and each call to the office ends with "well, let me talk to Corey and we'll get this corrected." Needless to say we'll be going elsewhere for HVAC services from now on."

"Cory took 8 months only to bring the wrong equipment. He took 30% down of $7000, He took equipment back&promised to correct his mistake. 11 months later im still waiting. He kept my $$$$. He ignores our calls.His response to our text is"OK". His office is useless! He doesn't speak to woman,terrible business owner! You'll B Sorry"
