"This was the first and last time I will ever use H&R block. Absolutely horrible experience. It has been 4 months and I am still trying to get my taxes fixed after they filed them incorrectly. The IRS is charging me penalties for the mistake and I have been passed off to approximately 7-8 different people within H&R block at two different locations. I have called the corporate office twice and all they do is pass me off to another employee at another location. My messages to my "tax professional" have gone unanswered and I am assuming they are trying to buy some time so that I will no longer be able to file a claim to receive the money that I was promised. I genuinely believe that H&R block is a scam that targets and preys upon lower and middle class families. I finally have an appointment this week to speak to someone in person, so hopefully we get some answers. I also hope that there is actually someone at the office this time, unlike the last time my appointment was scheduled."
