"Not sure why I didn't call Seeps the first time, since I grew up in the area and knew they were reliable people with a reliable service. We bought a vacation home nearby and soon after discovered the septic line from the house to tank was old and full of roots. I called someone else first, and after a month, they never took care of it. Called Seeps and they were able to get out soon to inspect and fix it. Ran into some delays with frozen ground and overhead wires (couldn't bring in the big digger). Joey kept an eye on things and as soon as the frost was gone, he got in there to dig up the pipe and replace it. Very reliable and will use them again if we have any other plumbing issues."

"Buying a rural house, recommended by the realtor for septic inspection - owner said his inspection was expensive, but comprehensive. He charged over $600 for pumping/inspection. Fast forward to the next time I needed pumping/inspect - they said the tank was completely full, effluent pump was not working. Plumber comes, says the pump could never have worked, it was a 110v sump pump connected to a 220v circuit. So, end of story, Seep and Sons charged me a large amount for an inspection they did not do, as no one ever got down in the tank and tried that pump. Don't believe the hype about these guys from realtors and other paid reviewers."
