"I called early in the day to see about appointment availability for 2 peoples taxes. The person I talked with set me up for a 7pm appointment and assured me that both peoples taxes would be done. I made sure they realized it was 2 separate taxes for 2 separate people. They said either way that both of our taxes would be completed tonight. Later, I received a call asking if I could come in an hour early. I mentioned I had previous engagement and might be able to make it in around 6:30 pm - 6:45 pm. They mentioned that would work. I received a text confirming my 6 pm appointment. They told me to ignore it. I show up at 6:48 pm and am told they almost canceled my appointment for being late. They were very rude to me. I mentioned that I had a 7 pm appointment and said I might be able to come a little earlier. One of the employees told me I was almost an hour late. After a little back and forth of me explaining that I had a 7pm appointment, and her rudely telling me I am an hour late and they couldn't do both of our taxes, I decided to walk out. Had they been a bit nicer and not tried to fight me over what my original agreed upon appointment, I would have stuck around and done either a drop-off or just one of our taxes."
