H&R Block

"At first, I thought these guys did a wonderful job, but I notice my first name was misspelled after I clearly wrote my name correctly on the paperwork, I provided them, they told me to cross out the misspelling and write in the correct one.......very unprofessional of them! Hopefully this won't bite me in the butt, and they didn't even often a discount for their mistake."

"Past 2 years our returns have dropped significantly. Down to the point that my tax fee to process was three to four times more than my return. H&R Block cost 292.00 for a 83.00 return. I belive i have paid more for tax prep. Than received in refunds.past 2 yrs. The fee they charged me this year for my taxes are ridiculous. I am going to have my last 2 yrs taxes reviewed by another to see if H&R took the time to get us the best option or just took the easy route. I have used H&R block for years but this is my last time. I filled out several pages of paperwork just to drop my taxes off. The office in hastings has seemed to have gone down hill."
