And on top of that it was from 2 years ago the mistake happened and we did not get a notice until now and have to pay all the interest and penalty fees. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! They make a mistake and we have to deal with the fees! What a joke! They ignore us and act like it ain't their fault. Why have a business if they make us hard working Americans pay back our life savings"

As well, her lack of knowledge is likely the reason she was the last one available to us. Really a terrible experience. We ended up leaving without even filing after the way she treated us."

However, after I followed up continuously for 2 years, they failed to respond and file an amendment. I eventually went to another firm who fixed the mistake for free, within a day. Beware of mistakes!"
